My latest purchase — the iPad (A16) — arrived last week, and following my post about it prior, I knew I had to confirm. So I did. But Final Cut Pro for iPad does, in fact, finally work on the new base model iPad. I’ve only seen MacRumors cover this, but I did ping Federico Viticci and John Voorhees, and John Gruber from Daring Fireball, on Mastodon (old account, since moved) about it not too long ago as well.
On my end, it’s a classic case of being way too plugged into the internet for my own good.
