Apple in 2021) ruled that Elon Musk had failed to provide enough evidence for an injunction, but said the court was prepared for an expedited trial on the claim that OpenAI converting from a non-profit to for-profit company is unlawful.
We’ll see what happens, but I have a feeling this is going to trial and will play out over the next few months until a final ruling is handed down.
